    Philip Godfrey
Philip Godfrey is a freelance musician living in London. He concentrates mainly on composing, but is also a pianist, organist and music teacher. His compositions – instrumental, choral and theatre music – are widely performed and published. He is influenced not only by the ‘classical’ repertoire but also by popular music. He has composed extensively for young people, including National Youth Music Theatre, New London Children’s Choir and the English Schools Orchestra and Choir. Philip studied music at Cambridge University, where he was an organ scholar and musical director of The Footlights.
